Latest News from the English Friends of the Foyers

There are two English retreats planned for 2009. A Foyer de Charité retreat, with the title, "God's plan for the fullness of time," will be held at the Sion Community, Brentwood, near London, from June 21-27, 2009, led by Mgr. Keith Barltrop, Fr. David Hartley, and some members of the Foyer in Tressaint, Brittany. The recommended donation will be £150. For further details, or to book a place, contact Fr. A themed retreat titled "The light shines in darkness: John's Gospel" will be held at the Foyer de Charité at Tressaint in France from 20-26 September 2009. This will be led by Fr David Hartley. Futher details are available from him at frdavid@foyers.org.uk

There was a very successful retreat for English speakers at Tressaint in May 2008, jointly led by Fr David Hartley and Mgr Keith Balthrop. Photos are available here.
